*This is not related to the medical services* I’ve been assigned to create some designs for the medical centre and I was mistreated by one of the staff there. I’ve been freelancing for quite a while now and for the first time ever I’ve been treated like a peasant. We designers have our own feelings too and we work hard and struggle to earn a living in this world. Some people just say things without even thinking that it might affect other’s lives.I can’t exactly blame this person as I have my own faults too for not being cautious before starting to work with this kind of person. I should’ve known better and should’ve been more firm. The only reason why I am sharing this is to let others know that there’s still people like this and that no one should ever be treated like nothing. If a person wants respect then they should respect them first. I hope that you will not let this be taken down and I hope you will treat others better in the future.
I made a call just to double check on the operating hour, the staff who answered my call wasn’t friendly enough to attend to my simple question. I don’t bother, not a big deal, but till I brought my mum today, the malay staff rude AF. She just yelling at my mum and let her to fill up the form which supposed to be her job as a front desk. She just walking around, talking to her colleague and playing phone. The other lady at the counter were busy with her kids, maybe this is a half clinic/ half kindergarten. I was born here and my mum said the services provided were the best (before) not today. The doctor just asking mum mum couple of questions, then when my mum answered to her, she keep asking the same question for 3 times and she blame my mum for not answering her question which is (sakit perut dari bila) omg I hope yr management read this. Try to improve yr service! I don’t mind to pay, as long as I can ask question or clarify with the doctor, I guess this is the main reason we choose a private clinic right? I rather go to Mediviron where the GP can explain to you what caused to yr illness and how to treat them. Very disappointed! So I came here and saw a lot like lots of bad review related to staff competency. People came/ willing to pay not just because of the medication, but the services. Hop you can remind yr staff especially the malay girl to understand that they work for the customer, regardless customer are fussy or friendly, manners will keep your work…
Got the vaccination booster appointment at 1:30pm,we arrived before 1:15pm and registered but waited for an hour long without any valid reason. Spoken to the front desk and been told oh our doctor went out for lunch. What is the appointment system for if you are not following, not even apologise for wasting our valuable time, I have to apply annual leave for this, yet QHC just take things easily. Very unprofessional! I would have not giving any star but by default 1star is the most minimum!
1. Hard to get a parking 2. Improper flow, miscommunications x2 times while doing the checkup ( hope they wont mix up my things) 3. Have to u-turn back to retake X-ray due to personnel negligence
